Hyperlocal Funding Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions must be accepted before a funding application can be considered:

 

  1. Funding applications must be submitted by the deadline. Late applications will not be considered. 
  2. Applications will be assessed by a panel and applicants will be informed of the outcome on or before 10th August 2022.
  3. The panel can award the full amount, part of the amount or none of the amount requested depending on how well the applications meets the criteria. An explanation will be given alongside the outcome.
  4. Any funding awarded will be paid directly into the organisations account. 
  5. Applications need to be supported by quotes for items requested where relevant. 
  6. Funding can not be used for wages, staff expenses or transport costs
  7. Funding must be used within the district/borough for which the application is being made. An exception to this would be if more than one district/borough applied for the funding jointly in order to deliver a project collaboratively. 
  8. Applications should be supported with any relevant data that identifies the problem issue and can be used to assess how or if the funded initiative made a difference. 
  9. If funding is awarded, evidence will need to be submitted to show that the funding was used for the items requested e.g. receipts 
  10. A brief report outlining the results of the funded initiative should be submitted once the project has been completed or by Monday 31st October 2022 (whichever is sooner)
  11. Funding awarded should be spent by 30 September 2022
  12. Successful applications should proactively acknowledge the funding received from Nottinghamshire County Council and Veolia in reporting about the initiative e.g. Press Releases, Social Media posts (tag in @NottsCC and use #NottsRecycles), Web information, leaflets, internal comms etc.
  13. Successful applicants will be expected to engage and work collaboratively with Nottinghamshire County Council and Veolia and allow a representative from these organisations to visit the borough/district to see the initiative in action where appropriate
  14. Applications demonstrate how their initiaitve will contribute to the aims and objectives of Go Green 2022
  15. Any communication materials produced using this funding must be shared with the partnership for approval. 
  16. Initiatives must take place during September 2022
